On Korean server, a player managed to achieve the lowest possible cast time at 40%.

How to achieve it:
All 3 skill trees' passives: Songcraft, Sorcery, and Witchcraft
Songcraft's casting skill buff
Auroria's Cloak Hopes for Peace
Lunagem: Torrent, sockets
Obsidian Katana weapon
Wave Rings
Armor set effect
And possible use of a monster's debuff.

Best place to AFK bait fishing

Bait Fishing

If you are looking to afk bait fishing to level your fishing proficiency, you should go to Solis Headlands because it has least variety of fish that you can catch. There are only 4 types of saltwater fish that can be found here: Stingray, Pufferfish, Shrimp, and Squid. The benefit is that you can amass stacks of fish easier and then turn them of into Dawn Lake Light Essence to make gold.

Morpheus Exploit Kill

On the Server Enla, Legacy is exploiting Morhpeus in order to kill him. They will stay out of range with several ironclads and fire upon the canons dealing splash damage. While the canons gain the "returning" buff another splash damage would hit it making the canons health not reset. They would kill the canons this way and then kill Morpheus himself 'legit'.
